NON COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Non Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) is the new name for 'Alternative Dispute Resolution' (ADR).
It involves the parties trying to avoid court by resolving their dispute using -
Private FDRs (in Financial Remedies cases)
Early Neutral Evaluations (in Children cases)
Arbitrations (in either type of case)
