RICHARD BALCHIN

Richard Balchin was qualified in 1997 and has 27 years practising experience at the Bar specialising in Family Law work.

He is a member of Fenners Chambers, a Legal 500 Grade 2 Barristers' Chambers and an Associate Tenant at Pallant Chambers.

He is also an IFLA Family Arbitrator and a (part-time) Deputy District Judge of the Family Court and Financial Remedies Court.

Richard Balchin is regulated by the Bar Standards Board and insured by the Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Family Law Bar Association and the Inner Temple.
